The Bible: Trouble and Blessings

The Bible: Trouble and Blessings is a class and discussion for people who want to explore the Bible and its relevance to contemporary issues and our own spiritual lives. We'll begin with some background to help put these ancient texts into context, and then explore methods of interpretation--how might we read and understand these stories. Then we'll work with particular texts that group members have experienced either as trouble or blessing (or both!). Led by Rev. Frank, we'll meet for three Tuesday evening sessions, on February 16, March 2 and March 16, from 7 to 8:30 PM.
